- 5:30pm (45min) | Root (slow flow)

- 6:45pm | Surrender (Yin yoga, targets connective tissues) 
Wednesdays
- 10:15am | Sol Guided Vinyasa (medium paced, heated 95) 
Sundays
- 9:30am | Flow Vinyasa (energetic, heated 95) 
Tuesdays
- 4:00pm | Power (heated 95 medium to fast paced flow) 
Thursdays
- 4:00pm | Hot (high heat 105, set sequence) 
- 5:30pm | Sculpt & Flow (yoga , circuit weight training & cardio) 
Saturdays
- 7:30am | Power (heated 95 medium to fast paced flow) 
Wednesdays
- 4:15pm | Reset (slow flow vinyasa, warm room) - pop up 5 week class begins 1/29 
- 5:30pm | Glow (medium paced vinyasa, warm room) 
Saturdays
